We’re big enough to do any job, but small enough to offer personalized service. This allows us to scale all service level contracts to suit each business partner’s needs.

Our rates are split into two categories namely remote support and onsite support. We service both retainer (SLA) and ad hoc clients. Our SLA clients are prioritised and ad hoc clients are assisted on a first-come-first-served basis.

For companies that have got 5 users or more we prefer a more managed and hands-on relationship with our clients, which is why we also offer support and maintenance agreements.

Please note: We generally do not charge a call-out fee but in certain cases, where the travel distance is large, we may request one. You will be notified of this beforehand.

Our operating hours are from Monday – Friday from 08h30 – 17h00.

As an SLA client you get access to our Standby Technicians on Weekends.
