n July 2010, I had just finished my varsity and sitting without a job. I began helping with out-sourcing jobs for constructors in my town. Many from my township have the skills and ability to do construction work but they don’t have the ability to market themselves. I began helping them. I also found out that most are held back by requirements from our government. In order to counter attack this, I began a small business where I looked for people who needed help with painting and / or with tiling. The small business which I began was unregistered. However, it gave me skills and talent to begin Paintiles Construction, which deals with tilling and painting. Elvis Mabunda, Maria Mabunda and Hasan Mabunda partnered with me to make the vision of Paintiles Construction become a reality. We approach all our projects as collaboration between client, designer, consultant and contractor. We work hard at the details of building budget, schedules, and estimates as well as managing our clients' risk. Our team of construction specialists and project managers is comprised of individuals who have the knowledge and experience to execute both large and small-scale projects, while providing conscientious service to our clients.
